Matthew has been incubating and launching early-stage businesses since 2017 and brings expertise in product, customer discovery, and B2B SaaS. He previously worked at Deloitte Ventures where he led the incubation and launch of 87 startup concepts over three years.

Matthew earned a MBA from Berkeley and Columbia and wrote his undergraduate thesis modelling the historical climate of Tasmania to evaluate the impact of climate change. He divides his time across Europe.
