Melissa is an executive assistant at Voyager, responsible for supporting founding partners Sarah Sclarsic and Sierra Peterson. She also assists with the firm’s internal operations. Prior to Voyager, Melissa worked as a trip leader and operations expert at Backroads, designing and leading cycling trips in Croatia, Italy, and New Zealand. Melissa brings a decade of experience in operations, logistics, client relations, and project management.

Melissa earned a Bachelor’s in Natural Resource Management & Resource Economics from the University of Delaware. She lives in Colorado.
