Melissa is a senior executive assistant & operations manager at Voyager, responsible for supporting founding partners Sarah Sclarsic and Sierra Peterson. She also assists with the firm’s internal operations. Prior to Voyager, Melissa worked as a trip leader and operations expert at Backroads, designing and leading cycling trips in Croatia, Italy, and New Zealand. Melissa brings a decade of experience in operations, logistics, client relations, and project management.
