Sierra is a Founder and Managing Partner at Voyager. She has been working in energy markets since 2005 and started investing in energy and climate tech in 2015. Prior to founding Voyager, Sierra led corporate development teams at fintech companies responsible for $3B+ in solar and energy efficiency financing. Her experience in energy and industrial policy includes the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change and the International Energy Agency.

Sierra is a graduate of Stanford and Harvard, where she researched US electricity markets. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and young daughter.
